CALLING NONPROFIT BOARD MEMBERS

 

We are looking for current or former members of nonprofit boards in the United States who have in the past 3 years hired a nonprofit CEO/ Executive Director. You must meet this criteria in order to participate.

 

Please share your experience with us in a focus group on one of the following dates and times: 

 

  • May 22, 2023 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM ET or 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM CT or 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM PT)
  • May 25, 2023 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM ET or 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM CT or 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT)
  • June 1, 2023 (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM ET or 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM CT or 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM PT)

 

As a thank you for your participation, you will receive a $25 gift card.

CALLING STAFFING AGENCIES

 

We are looking for staffing firms in the United States that have helped a nonprofit hire a CEO/ Executive Director in the past 3 years. You must meet this criteria in order to participate.

 

Please share your experience with us in a focus group for one of the following dates and times: 

 

  • June 5, 2023 (12:00 PM - 1:30 PM ET or 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM CT or 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT)
  • June 8, 2023 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM ET or 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM CT or 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT)
  • June 15, 2023 (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM ET or 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM CT or 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM PT)

This study was approved by Rider University’s Institutional Research Board (IRB) and conducted by Paulina Goldman who is also a consultant at Capacity Building & Policy Expert, LLC. It was commissioned by the Nonprofit Professionals of Color Collective, a fund fiscally sponsored by the Community Foundation of South Jersey.

A Note From The Principal Investigator

This study will examine:

  1. The processes you underwent in your recruitment and selection process of an executive;
  2. Metrics for recruitment and hiring executives;
  3. Experiences interviewing and/or hiring Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) executives; and
  4. Organizational decision-making structures and composition.
